5.1 Shipping Address Responsibility

Golden Triangle Coffee ships orders to the address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate and complete.

By placing an order with Golden Triangle Coffee, you agree to the following:

• Accuracy of Address: Golden Triangle Coffee cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

• Refund Policy for Incorrect Addresses: Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered to an incorrect address as a result of customer input errors.

• Replacement Policy for Incorrect Addresses: If a customer identifies and notifies Golden Triangle Coffee of an address error prior to fulfillment, we will make reasonable efforts to update the shipping address. If the order has already shipped and is delivered to the incorrect address:

• We will offer a replacement order to the correct address, provided the customer has made good-faith efforts to update their information ahead of fulfillment.

• Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs for replacement orders in such cases.

6. Returns and Refunds
