At Golden Triangle Coffee, we take pride in ensuring the highest quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our business, all coffee is roasted to order and, therefore, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to addressing any issues that may arise with your purchase.

If you receive damaged or missing items, or if there is an error in your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a replacement or refund. To process your request, we require proof of damage or a description of the issue with your order.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Attach photos of the damaged items if applicable.

We will review your request promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction, either by replacing the damaged or incorrect items or by providing a refund.
